COVID-19 policy:
Please note that if your event needs to be cancelled due to COVID19 related restrictions or illness that we will allow you to use your 50% deposit as a store credit, provided that a minimum of 10 days notice is received. Please also note that under no circumstances will deposits be refunded and that you accept these terms when paying. Please note that cancellations made within 10 days of your order date will result in no refunds or store credits (for the full amount of the order). If you are uncertain you are welcome to pay closer to the date although there is no guarantee we can hold your spot. We thank you for your understanding.

General Terms & Conditions:

- Non-Refundable 50% deposit required in order to secure your Booking 

- By making Payment you are Accepting the Terms & Conditions 
- No Refunds are applicable for Cancellations within 14 days of delivery/pick up date
- OHS takes no responsibility for any damage caused to your cake once it is picked up
- It is recommended that cakes are transported on a flat surface in your car, the floor is usually easier than a lap
- It is your sole responsibility to handle and serve cake in the correct manner. This includes the refrigeration of the cake until 1 hour prior to eating and removal of all inedible decorations such as fresh flowers and cake toppers
- All cakes may contain traces of nuts, dairy and gluten
